In 2011, Josh and Jess Komanapalli left their home in the USA after a clear call from God to move back to  India, where Josh was born. It was in 2017 that the couple felt another call to move their family to Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, to plant a church and establish a new school there.  They joined the Impact church family in 2022, embracing a powerful vision to see all people equipped to grow fully in Christ.

Josh previously worked in banking, and continues to run businesses in learning, retail and also directs 3 schools and a hospital across the state of Andhra Pradesh. Josh is most passionate about creating leaders and empowering people to become all they can be.

Jess is a former journalist and writer and currently works for the school in Vizag. She enjoys seeing God's children discipled and growing in their understanding of God's heart and His love for them.

Josh and Jess have hearts to see every child of God recognise their gifting and talents and step into their God-given purpose. They believe the fuel for this is an authentic, loving and intimate relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 

They enjoy serving God together along with their three beautiful daughters, Grace, Bella and Hannah.
